Thank you for visiting my web site. My name is Carla Hagan and I have been involved in the writing arts for over 25 years. My love of the written word evolved as I watched my Grandmother carefully write out elegant letters to her friends and family in a time long before email, when handwritten correspondence was commonplace.

On my 10th birthday, my grandma gave me my first calligraphy kit. Ever since I have taken advantage of this unique skill whenever I get the chance, whether its writing out invitations or doing special projects for friends and family. After the birth of my children, I decided to take my hobby and turn it into a business, that's how Carla's Calligraphy was founded. For over five years my client base has been steadily growing, and I am happy to announce what was once a home base business has out grown the home and moved into a permanent studio.

Working with my husband, we have been able to greatly expand our product offerings and selections. I am proud to announce partnerships with Boatman Geller, Carlton Crafts, Checkerboard Stationery, Paper Orchid, and Kate Aspen Studios. My studio is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and I personally serve clients from Orlando to Key West. But don't worry, over the years, I have developed a fantastic system for working with my out of state clients to insure their order is perfect for their special occasion.
